Glaucoma is an eye disease that causes blind spots in your field of vision which gradually grow and worsen over time, if not treated. It’s a sneaky condition as the brain compensates by filling in the missing visual information, making it hard to detect early. As a result, nearly 300,000 Swedes are affected – many without knowing it. To raise awareness and let people know that Specsavers offers advanced eye exams that can detect glaucoma early, we created a disruptive TVC by giving TV4’s classic commercial break vignettes a case of glaucoma.
